Press and hold the RESET button on the camera for about 10 seconds while the camera is powered on. Wait for about 1 minute until the camera reboots completely.
Open the EZVIZ app, go to the device live view, tap the share icon, follow the prompts to enter the registered email/phone number of the person you want to share with.
The camera verification code is located on the device label, usually on the back or bottom of the camera. It consists of 6 capital letters.
Check if the power supply is connected. Check if your Wi-Fi network is stable. You may need to reconfigure the Wi-Fi if you changed your router password.
