Warranty Policy

EZVIZ products are manufactured with precision and rigorous quality control. We guarantee that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Period

  • Cameras: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • NVR/DVR: 24 months from the date of purchase.
  • Accessories: 6 months from the date of purchase.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or accidents.
